Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted unless defective.
Eligibility Conditions
- Unworn and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from scratches, dents, or signs of use
- All accessories, straps, and certificates included
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events
- Custom or personalised timepieces (engraved, bespoke orders)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@ekwatchco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
- Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include the RAN on the parcel exterior.
- Ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different model or size, subject to stock availability. Please indicate your preferred exchange item when initiating your return. If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty
All EK Watch Co. timepieces come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised service.
