At EK Watch Co., we are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Nepal)

We ship to select international destinations via registered courier with full tracking.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. EK Watch Co. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking to become active.
Packaging
Every EK Watch Co. timepiece is carefully packaged in our signature gift box with protective padding. All packaging is designed to make unboxing a luxury experience worthy of the watch inside.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@ekwatchco.com.
